It is ORDERED that the attached amendments to Canon 5.B.2 and Canon 5.B.3 of the Code of Conduct for Judiciary Employees, which Code is included in the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey as an appendix to Part I, are adopted to be effective immediately.
