ORDER
It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J. Const. Art. VI, sec. 2 par. 3, that the provisions of Rule 1:30-3(d) of the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey are supplemented and relaxed so as to authorize the Newark Municipal Court to hold court sessions on Saturdays and Sundays for the limited purpose of conducting first appearances for incarcerated defendants; the provisions of this Order shall be effective immediately for a period of one year or until further order of the Court.
