CIVIL PRACTICE IN THE SUPERIOR COURT, TAX COURT AND SURROGATE’S COURTS

ORDER
It is ORDERED, that effective immediately the Order of April 6, 2000 transferring all pending and future litigation relating to the drug Rezulin to Middlesex County (Vicinage No. 8) for centralized case management and discovery purposes, assigning all such matters to Superior Court Judge Marina Corodemus for those purposes, and relaxing Rule 4:3-2 regarding venue is hereby terminated; any future Rezulin cases thus should be filed in the county of venue.
