ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend PAUL J. BRANDT of Bricktown from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-2(j) and R.
1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on August 18, 1978 temporarily suspending PAUL J. BRANDT from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on September 12, 1978 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District III Ethics Committee, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of PAUL J. BRANDT, imposed by order of this Court dated August 18, 1978, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaint against him and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that said PAUL J. BRANDT be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
