ORDER
JOSEPH K. CAPPA of Wayne having been ordered to show cause before this Court on August 2, 1979 why his temporary suspension from the practice of law, imposed by order of this Court dated July 27, 1979, should not be continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against him, and he having made no appearance on the return date of said order to show cause;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension from the practice of law of JOSEPH K. CAPPA is hereby continued pending the final disposition of the ethics complaint against him and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services, Administrative Office of the Courts, take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances with regard to the files comprising JOSEPH K. CAPPA’s law practice pursuant to R.
1:20-5(b); and it is further

ORDERED that all assets presently existing in Account No. 414-32169-3 at the New Jersey Bank, 129 Market Street, Paterson, New Jersey and in Account No. 016-7372-3 at

the Franklin Bank, 142 Market Street, Paterson, New Jersey shall not be disbursed pending further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that JOSEPH K. CAPPA is hereby restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that service of this order shall be effectuated upon respondent by publication for two consecutive weeks in the New Jersey Law Journal.
