ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend FELIX A. DeSARNO of Asbury Park from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on May 23, 1978 temporarily suspending FELIX A. DeSARNO from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on June 13, 1978 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the Disciplinary Review Board, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of FELIX A. DeSARNO, imposed by order of this Court dated May 23, 1978, be continued pending final disposition of the ethics complaints against him and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that said FELIX A. DeSARNO be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
