DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
It is ORDERED that the resignation without prejudice of SAMUEL C. FARRINGTON of JEFFERSON, NEW HAMPSHIRE tendered in accordance with the provisions of R. 1:20-8(b), be and hereby is accepted, effective January 26, 1987; and it is further

ORDERED that any subsequent reapplication by said SAMUEL C. FARRINGTON for membership in the bar of this State shall be made in accordance with the provisions of R. 1:24.
