DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the report and recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board that the suspension from the practice of law since March 26, 1984, of JOSEPH A. FERRANTE, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1973, be deemed sufficient discipline for his ethical infractions and the Disciplinary Review Board having recommended further conditions on his restoration to the practice of law, and good cause appearing;

ORDERED that the suspension of JOSEPH A. FERRANTE from the practice of law shall continue until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that JOSEPH A. FERRANTE shall be eligible to apply for his restoration to the practice of law under Rule 1:20-11(h) on successful completion of the core portion of the Skills Training Course offered by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall be required to complete the second and third-year requirements of the Skills Training Course to remain in good standing after his restoration to practice; and it is further

ORDERED that any application of JOSEPH A. FERRANTE to the practice of law shall be subject to the further condition that his practice is to be supervised by a preceptor to be approved pursuant to Administrative Guideline No. 28; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for the appropriate administrative costs arising out of the prosecution of this disciplinary matter, including the production of transcripts.
