It is ORDERED that EDWARD A. FLECKENSTEIN shall be restored to the practice of law upon the certification to this Court by the Institute for Continuing Legal Education that said EDWARD A. FLECKENSTEIN has successfully completed the first-year, core program of the Skills Training Course; and it is further
ORDERED that EDWARD A. FLECKENSTEIN’s continued eligibility to practice shall be conditioned upon his successful completion of the second and third-year requirements of the Skills Training Course in a timely manner; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent shall reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for the appropriate costs of the medical evaluation and report regarding him.
