DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
This matter having been duly presented to the Court, it is ORDERED that the suspension of JERROLD M. FLEISCHER of Hackensack is lifted, and he is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately, conditioned upon said JERROLD M. FLEISCHER filing a written report with the

Division of Ethics and Professional Services in six months, but no later than August 2, 1982, as to the status of his practice, including a list of all clients and all matters handled and their disposition, if any. The respondent shall also present all financial books and records for his practice required to be maintained by the Rules of Court, for review by said Division of Ethics and Professional Services. Said Division shall report its findings and conclusions to this Court for whatever action may be appropriate.
