DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
ALAN D. GODDARD, admitted to the Bar of this State in 1970, of EAST BRUNSWICK having pleaded guilty to a federal Criminal Information charging him with conspiracy to defraud the United States in violation of Title 18 U.S.C.A. 371; and good cause appearing
IT is ORDERED that, pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), ALAN D. GODDARD is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of the ethics complaint against him, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that ALAN D. GODDARD be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
