DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
It is ORDERED that the resignation of ALBERT F. HEPNER of Bridgeton as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey be accepted with prejudice in accordance with R. 1:20-5(a)(1), effective immediately, and it is further

ORDERED that the acceptance of this resignation be deemed equivalent to respondent’s disbarment; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and Professional Services take appropriate action to gain possession and control of the legal files and records of ALBERT F. HEPNER wherever situate pursuant R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further

ORDERED that all funds presently existing in any New Jersey banking institution included by not limited to the Farmers and Merchants Bank of Bridgeton, account # 11-28843-8-06 and the United Jersey Band formerly Cumberland National Bank, account # 00228810, pursuant to R. 1:21-6, relating to his law practice shall be restrained from disbursement and shall be transmitted by the banks which are the present custodians thereof to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
