The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that SANFORD H. HERZFELD, JR. of Linden be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R.
1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that SANFORD H. HERZFELD, JR. be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that SANFORD H. HERZFELD, JR. show cause before this Court on Tuesday, July 11, 1978 at 9:30 A.M. in the Supreme Court conference room, 12th Floor, 520 Broad Street, Newark, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the Disciplinary Review Board; and it is further
ORDERED that Robert E. Cowen, Esq., or his designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that SANFORD H. HERZFELD, JR. be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
