ORDER
This matter having been duly considered and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that so much of the order of this Court dated March 19, 1976 as set April 21, 1976 to be the effective date of respondent’s suspension is hereby vacated, and it is further

ORDERED that CALVIN J. HURD of Elizabeth be suspended from the practice of law for a period of three months and until further order of the Court, effective May 21, 1976; and it is further

ORDERED that CALVIN J. HURD be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
