ORDER
ALAN R. KATZ of Basking Ridge having come before this Court on an order to show cause why his temporary suspension from the practice of law, entered by order of this Court dated June 7, 1978, should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him filed with the District X Ethics Committee, and good cause appearing;
It is hereby ORDERED that the order of temporary suspension is vacated and respondent is restored to the practice of law, effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that the order to show cause in this matter be and hereby is discharged.
