DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
This matter having been presented on application of respondent for reinstatement to the practice of law under Rule 1:20-6(a)(3) on the basis that the conviction underlying his automatic temporary suspension under Rule 1:20-6(a)(1) has been reversed; and the Office of Attorney Ethics having raised no objection to respondent’s reinstatement to the practice of law; and good cause otherwise appearing;
It is ORDERED that ANTHONY J. LUGARA is reinstated to the practice of law, effective immediately.
