ORDER
An order to show cause why ROY E. MAHONEY of Collingswood should not be temporarily suspended from the practice of law having been returned on this date and the Court having been advised that respondent consents hereto,

It is ORDERED that ROY E. MAHONEY be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending final disposition of the complaints now pending against him before the Camden County Ethics Committee, effective immediately; and it is further

ORDERED that ROY E. MAHONEY be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
