MARINO of Riverside having been convicted of violations of N.J.S.A. 2A:85-1, N.J.S.A. 2A:85-14, N.J.S.A. 2A:98-1, and N.J.S.A. 2A:98-2 on November 1, 1972 in the Burlington County Court and having pleaded guilty to a charge of interference with commerce by threats and violence on February 13, 1975 in the United States District Court for New Jersey, and he by his attorney having consented hereto;
It is ORDERED that JOSEPH D. MARINO be disbarred and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys of this State, effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that JOSEPH D. MARINO be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law.
