DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
THOMAS J. McCOY of Hillsborough Township, having appeared before this Court on an order to show cause why his suspension from the practice of law, originally ordered by this Court on May 1, 1979, should not continue; and good cause appearing

It is ORDERED that the suspension of THOMAS J. McCOY is continued until January 1, 1982, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the administrative costs of these proceedings, including the production of transcripts; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent’s ultimate restoration to the practice of law may be conditioned upon terms including, but not necessarily limited to, those recommended by the Alcohol Advisory Committee in its report to the Disciplinary Review Board; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and that he continue to comply with all regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred and resigned attorneys.
