ORDER
FRANCIS R. McGUIGAN having been ordered on December 17, 1975 to submit to a mental examination pursuant to R. 1:20-4(g), and he having failed to respond to said order, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the suspension of FRANCIS R. McGUIGAN, ordered by this Court on March 7, 1972, be continued pending further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that FRANCIS R. McGUIGAN be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that service of this order be made upon respondent by publication in the New Jersey Law Journal for two consecutive weeks.
