DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report recommending that LEON NIGOHOSIAN of HAWORTH, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1972 and thereafter suspended from the practice of law effective March 1, 1982, (see In Re Nigohosian, 88 N.J. 308
(1982)), be suspended from the practice of law for an additional three months and that he be sanctioned $500 for his conduct, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that LEON NIGOHOSIAN is hereby suspended from the practice of law for an additional three month period and until the further Order of this Court, effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that LEON NIGOHOSIAN pay a $500 sanction, payable to the Ethics Financial Committee; and it is further
ORDERED that LEON NIGOHOSIAN continue to be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and that he comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs.
