DISCIPLINARY MATTERS CORRECTED ORDER
This matter having been duly presented to the Court, it is ORDERED that the petition for restoration to the practice of law is granted, effective immediately, subject to the following conditions:
1. Respondent shall continue to receive psychiatric treatment for substance abuse, with periodic written reports to be submitted to the Office of Attorney Ethics on a schedule and in the form to be set by that office; and
2. Respondent’s continued abstinence from the use of controlled dangerous substances is required, and it shall be monitored by periodic tests conducted by the Middlesex County

Probation Office pursuant to its procedures, with reports to be filed with the Office of Attorney Ethics on a schedule set by it; and it is further
ORDERED that Respondent shall reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for costs incurred in this matter; provided, however, that Respondent shall receive a credit for his payment of fees to Dr. Brunt, which were covered by the terms of this Court’s Order of July 8, 1988.
