This matter having been duly presented to the Court, it is ORDERED that DONALD ALBERT ORLOVSKY of WEST PALM BEACH, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1977, and who was suspended from the practice of law for sixty days, with the suspension retroactive to March 27, 1989, by Order of this Court dated September 6, 1989, be restored to the practice of law, effective immediately.
