DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN of Atlantic City be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN show cause before this Court on Tuesday, November 23, 1982, at 10:00 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District I Ethics Committee; and it is further
ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that BARRY A. ROSENSTEIN be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that the respondent comply with all the Regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
