ORDER
LEWIS B. ROTHBART of Whippany having been temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-11(b) on March 13, 1976 and arguments having been heard by this Court on March 7, 1978 as to why said LEWIS B. ROTHBART should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined on the merits of the charges against him, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the suspension of LEWIS B. ROTHBART from the practice of law continue pending the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that LEWIS B. ROTHBART be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Supreme Court governing suspended, disbarred and resigned attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that any application by respondent for restoration to practice shall be made pursuant to R. 1:20-3(g) as adopted by this Court February 23, 1978 to be effective April 1, 1978.
