DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
STANLEY W. SOKOLOWSKI, formerly of BRICK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1970, having moved this Court to vacate its Order of January 17, 1989, which temporarily suspended him from the practice of law pending his payment of an arbitration award and imposed a sanction of $250;
And it appearing that respondent has paid the award and sanction;

And it further appearing that the Office of Attorney Ethics has no objection to respondent’s application;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the suspension of STANLEY W. SOKOLOWSKI from the practice of law is lifted, and respondent is restored to the practice of law, effective immediately.
