DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
ANDREW D. SOLOMON of LIVINGSTON, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1985, having pleaded guilty to a federal indictment charging him with conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a)(1), ANDREW D. SOLOMON is temporarily suspended from the practice of law

pending the final resolution of the ethics complaint pending against him, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that ANDREW D. SOLOMON be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that ANDREW D. SOLOMON comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
