DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that PATRICK J. TANSEY of NEW BRUNSWICK, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1959, be indefinitely temporarily suspended and PATRICK J. TANSEY having failed to appear in response to this Court’s order of May 24, 1988, directing him to show cause before this Court on June 21, 1988 why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that Respondent be and is hereby suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and pending the further Order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Respondent may seek restoration on written application to this Court on notice to the Office of Attorney Ethics; and it is further
ORDERED that Respondent comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that Respondent shall be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that this Order shall be published for two consecutive weeks in the New Jersey Law Journal and twice in a newspaper of general circulation in Middlesex County.
