The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended to the Court that the temporary suspension of WILLIAM F. VIDAL of Livingston continue until such time as he can produce medical evidence of his ability to resume the practice of law, and the Court having heard oral argument, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board is hereby adopted and the temporary suspension of WILLIAM F. VIDAL, imposed by orders dated November 27, 1978 and December 11, 1978, is hereby continued until such time as respondent can produce satisfactory medical evidence of his ability to resume the practice of law; and it is further
ORDERED that, pending restoration, respondent is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension and further directed to continue to his compliance with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
