DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that LEONARD J. WILLIAMS, of TRENTON, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1951, be publicly reprimanded for his conduct based on its findings that: respondent’s handling of one matter evidenced gross negligence, a pattern of neglect, and a failure to carry out his contract of employment, in violation of DR 6-101(A)(1) and (2) and DR
7-101(A)(1) and (2), in a second matter, respondent failed to respond to his client’s numerous requests for information and to explain the matter as was reasonably necessary to permit an informed decision regarding his representation, in violation o RPC 1.4(a) and (b), and that respondent violated RPC 8.1(b) when he failed to cooperate with the ethics investigation and to file an answer to the ethics complaint, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the findings of the Disciplinary Review Board are hereby adopted and respondent is publicly reprimanded; and it is further
ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of the matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said LEONARD J. WILLIAMS, as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further
ORDERED that LEONARD J. WILLIAMS reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs.
