DISCIPLINARY MATTERS ORDER
KENNETH P. ZAUBER of NORTH BRUNSWICK, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1964, having pleaded guilty to a two count Accusation charging him with obtaining controlled dangerous substances by fraud or misrepresentation and forgery, and he by his attorney having consented to a temporary suspension, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to R. 1:20-6(a), KENNETH P. ZAUBER is temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the final resolution of the ethics complaint pending against him, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that KENNETH P. ZAUBER be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that KENNETH P. ZAUBER comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
